Let’s meet for a free, 30-minute call to talk about your health challenges and goals.
We'll discuss the assistance you're seeking and how we can work together to reach your goals.
2 - A rare opportunity to focus solely on you
It’s time to discover your strengths and discuss your struggles, create a clear vision of your ideal health and understand why it’s important to you. We’ll explore the root causes impacting your well-being, including sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, relationships and environmental toxins.
3 - Create a plan
I will support you in developing an achievable and sustainable plan that leads you to your ideal health and suits your unique life.
4 - Implement - small steps lead to big results over time
We will break your goal down into bitesized pieces and go at a pace that feels right for you.
5 - Progress and re-assess
Your journey will likely have ups and downs. That’s normal and I’m here to support you. We will celebrate your wins and adjust your plan as needed.

A Little About Me
I believe that improved health is not about fitting into a certain size of clothing or depriving yourself of life's pleasures. It's not dependent on the latest fad diet, unsustainable exercise regimens or a cabinet of medications. It doesn’t require perfection and it’s not only about food and fitness.
My passion for helping others improve their health was sparked by my own health journey. I battled weight gain, fatigue, acne, anxiety and depression and didn’t understand the connection between my lifestyle choices and my struggles.
Through education, experimentation and a lot of grace, I made adjustments over time and embraced healthier habits
that have consistently supported me over the years—from
my single twenties, to my married and baby-raising thirties,
and now extending into my early forties.
I would love to help you do the same.
I am a Nationally Board-Certified and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I combined my passion, personal experiences and education to support others in changing their health and their lives. I have had the pleasure of working with women, men, couples, groups and physicians. As the proud spouse of a retired US Marine, I especially love working with military members and their spouses.

3-month program, one hour bi-weekly.
